A charming trompe l'œil design that mimics a crumpled paper grocery sack in glossy white glazed earthenware, capturing the crinkled folds and irregular top opening with wonderful realism — part of the Italian Pop Art tradition of rendering everyday disposable objects in durable ceramic, alongside better-known examples like Tapio Wirkkala's Rosenthal paper bag vase. Model number stamped/embossed to the base. A conversation-starting piece for a console, mantel, or bookshelf, displayed empty or filled with a single dramatic stem. Approximately 6.75"h x 5"w x 4"d.
