The 3 tiers are relief decorates with an 1860 double eagles head shield in the center surrounded by leafy filigree with dragon and elks around the outer border; stands on long turned legs with figural bird-like griffins and scrolling feet. Has a polished gilt finish in excellent condition.

There is no makers mark. It is believed to have been a serial number on the underside of a foot that has rubbed off over the years. The high-quality solid bronze casting (not hollow), early patina that has naturally aged, and high level of craftsmanship in the joint and feet details are all indicative of an authentic Tiffany Studios New York piece.
