Beautiful and unusual, vintage Murano hand blown crystal clear Italian art glass ribbed decorative seashell shape centerpiece bowl. The design is documented to designer Archimede Seguso, and this one has been created for the “Cartier” company. It has the acid stamp signature underneath (please see photo). The bowl has flared out sides, with scroll decoration on the center. Ribbed body like a conch shell. Would make a great display piece on any coffee table, credenza or dresser. Fill it with fresh flowers, fruits or display it as a sculptural piece. You will be able to showcase it as a decorative item in any room of the house. Late Mid-century era. Measures 9 1/2" long x 9" wide x 4 5/8" tall.
