This is a plate marked Porcelaine Franklin and marked/signed in a name I cannot read. It also has some markings that seems to attribute it to Haviland Limoges, but I’m not sure how or where that comes into play either. Either way, it’s a dark blue and gold plate with a wedding scene in the center and smaller scenes along the edge. I do not have an age for this plate.
The plate measures 9.50 inches across.
There are no chips, cracks, or other damage. The back is marked as shown.
