Constructed by hand from two distinct materials joined at each seam. The center panel is a heavyweight woven jacquard where the bird, butterfly, and floral motifs are formed within the fabric structure itself. Not printed; the pattern is woven directly into the fabric structure. Side panels in smooth black velvet give the composition a grounded, graphic contrast against the cream-ground weave. See less
