Lovely vintage Birdseye maple with varied graining; the top and bottom have lighter hued wood ball detailing recalling Memphis Design.
Frame measures 11.5" x 8" (with balls)x 3/4" .Picture opening is 5" x 7"
Bourne is a noted designer trained in Florence, Mills College, and Rudolphe Schaeffer School of Design; she has designed a line of furniture, designed for residential and commercial buildings, product and set design.
She is in permanent collect at the Copper Hewitt Museum.
The frame is new; there is no back.
