This vintage set features a beautiful, radiant honey finish that perfectly captures the organic aesthetic of the era. Designed closely in the style of Heywood-Wakefield's classic mid-century silhouettes, this unmarked set offers all of the sculptural charm and dramatic presence of period-correct furniture without the premium designer price tag. The materials used are the same as what Haywood-Wakefield used traditionally, all solid hardwood, in this case most likely birch. And it shares the same blonde or champagne color stain typical for H-W manufacture. And the vintage age of the set can be identified by the square, instead of the modern hexagonal, nuts that were used in the construction of the table support for the legs,= (see photo). The set, except for the credenza, was professionally refinished and re-glued in 2023. The set played a key role in various entertainments in the 1955 Idea Home. It has all the same qualities as appear with the iconic Haywood-Wakefield lines
