It is signed by W. Stavlon. The very charming wall relief is made of enamel with impressive craftsmanship visible: all bits have been made of separate parts of enameled copper. The frame is made of aluminum with a wooden back. The work is signed below on the right by W. Stavlon. It was made in the 1980s.
