The highly collectable vases are an example of the "Baca" series that applies the faience method. Transparent washes of green and blue glaze were applied over earthen ware. The square vases end in circular openings. The clay was incised with Danish geographic motifs and symbols. The blue vase is 704 out of 3259, while the green vase is 712 out of 3259. Royal Copenhagen backstamps are found on the bottom of the vases. Dimensions: 3" W X 3" W X 8.75" H. The vases are in good condition for their age and use. See less
