Weighing 14.1 ounces (approximately 400 grams), this piece features the hallmark "HAZORFIM .925" confirming its authentic sterling silver content and prestigious maker, Hazorfim, a renowned Israeli silversmith established in 1952.

The design is exceptionally detailed, showcasing a central panel with an engraved Hebrew inscription of the Ten Commandments, flanked by two intricately sculpted lions standing on ornate columns. Above, a regal crown adds to the piece's grandeur, complemented by elaborate floral and scrollwork patterns throughout. The shield includes a chain for hanging and a blank plaque, likely for custom engraving (e.g., synagogue or donor name). The natural patina and minor wear suggest an estimated age of 1960s-1980s, though exact dating requires expert appraisal. After polishing, the front now displays a brilliant mirror-like finish while the back retains its original untouched patina, giving a beautiful contrast.
