The design features a twisted brass column supporting a rotating crown with four large coat hooks and four smaller intermediate hooks. The central section is richly ornamented and contributes to the refined appearance of the piece.

The lower collar is decorated with finely cast neoclassical wreath and palmette motifs that continue around the entire circumference. These decorative details are complemented by a substantial onyx marble base, providing both stability and a sophisticated contrast to the warm brass finish.
