Description
Pair of vintage trompe l’oeil chairs in the style of John Vesey, with black iron frames and hand-painted fiberglass panels. The back panels are painted to look like a shirt hanging over the chair, complete with striped tie detail and a small “Taylor” label. The seats are painted with everyday objects, including socks, a comb, lighter, and wallet.
Great decorative pair with a whimsical vintage look. The painted surfaces have an aged, distressed finish with minor paint loss and wear throughout.
