The smooth organic shape, coupled with the new upholstery in a British shearling makes an eye catching piece. Designed and made in the early 1950s this sofa carries the classic Danish design details and high standard of craftsmanship that we all admire. Our studio in London has re-covered this piece carefully in a British shearling. A beautiful natural material that is warm, cosy and chic. Alfred Christensen made his name as lead designer, cabinetmaker and owner of the famed furniture makers: Slagelse Møbelværk which he founded with his brother Alfred in 1931. See less
