We love statement pieces here at Vintage Hime and this Tureen is amazing. No one did Mid-Century design as well as the Italians. They were such trailblazers during this era. This 4-piece set includes a large under plate in the mustard yellow with a rim edge embossed design with orange. The soup tureen bowl is the show stopper. It’s in the Mustard yellow and features gorgeous artistry on the front side displaying a squiggly serpent style line and two rows of green raised dots. There is engraved features between those elements to tie them together. The final two pieces are both in Mustard yellow and are a lid and ladle. This piece is simply potoroos and you will be proud to use it for dining and to display it as Art when not in use. It’s rare to find such artistry in a Mid Century tureen. The dimensions are for the Tureen bowl without lid.
