It is an early 20th century voltmeter produced by the Westin Electric instrument company in Newark New Jersey. It was a critical part of the first street substation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin until it was removed from service in 1968. It still works perfectly and can be plugged in to measure voltage. It is handsomely mounted on a finished board and is ready for hanging. See less
