Features rich walnut grain throughout with striking incised geometric and floral carvings, paneled construction, and subtle ebonized accents characteristic of the Eastlake and Aesthetic Movement styles.

Stamped on the reverse “From Abernathy Hall & Co., Leavenworth, Kansas,” providing wonderful period provenance. Includes original side rails and wood slats. Solid, sturdy, and clean, with cosmetic imperfections consistent with age and use.

A gorgeous and increasingly difficult-to-find example of authentic Victorian craftsmanship, perfect for an antique or historic home.
