This rectangular stoneware vase was designed by Danish ceramist Jorgen Mogensen (Royal Copenhagen designer) and created in his own workshop/studio. It is signed by hand and numbered F262. The vase features thick overtone earthy glazes and a fly in relief to each side.
Besides being an appointed Royal Copenhagen artist JM is known for his peculiar relief work and his glazing-techniques that bears resemblance to Axel Salto and Bode Willumsen. Signed by Maker,This piece has an attribution mark,
