Pair of vintage textile relief wall panels featuring layered kimono-clad figures rendered in sculptural padded appliqué. Created using designer fabric marked “1980 Design Isao Homma” and mounted on professionally finished fabric-covered panels.
The dimensional construction combines printed cotton textiles, appliqué work, and soft sculptural padding to create depth and movement. The figures appear surrounded by stylized maple leaves and cascading blossoms, executed in a warm palette of rust, chocolate brown, cream, ochre, and muted plum.
