It is a form of stoneware. There is an Oxidized like glaze It is 2 tone in color with a light brown in a dark brown. The bottom portion has some interesting in sizing to it. There is a slight lip on top rim. It stands 10 1/4 inches tall. There is one small chip on out side top edge. See less
