Elegant pair of 19th Century ormolu reticulated vases, crafted in the Louis XVI manner. The vases are cast from bronze and finished with a rich gold overlay, giving them a brilliant,long-lasting shine. The body of each vase features elaborate, openwork pierced cutouts woven with delicate floral and foliate scrolling motifs and beautiful cherub, putto or grotesque faces.
