Offered is a set of 5 hand-turned Teak wood bowls. They are a blend of what we refer to as the bubble shape and the more elegant flat bottom making them more stable. These bowls may have been made as samples in Thailand for a US based designer, they have their original model numbers on the base and appear to have never been used. The shape is low and wide, and the grain is striking. The larger bowl could easily be used as a centerpiece bowl or catch-all on a console or dresser.
The larger bowl measures 12.5" diameter, 11.5" at opening, 3.75" tall
The smaller bowls measure 6" diameter, 2.25" tall
