It consists of a metal base with a Lower Tier that can hold a potted plant. The second part is the Birdcage that sits on the stand. And the Birdcage opens at the top as it tilts back on hinges so you can insert another potted plant. The top then latches back in place. The all metal piece is a dark forest green.
