Bright Moorish designs on this little antique Morrocan vase. Gold, green, blue, black and white curvy handpainted geometrics with a
'garlic bulb' top: typically, vessels were made with this bulb so that they could be carried easily without spilling liquid: a rope
would be tied around the narrow neck, trapping the liquid in the flare.
5" tall, 3" wide, 3: deep, and SIGNED on the bottom. Glazed on the outside.
There is a small glaze skip on the side of the bulb, but the piece is otherwise flawless.
Probably late 1800's.
