This … Read more This fantastic piece of Dutch Design is made by the well-renowned Artifort company in The Netherlands during the 1990's. This model, the F396 was designed by Dutch artist René Holten in 1997.
The chair combines a minimalist design with very comfortable seating as one expects from a high-end manufacturer.
The chair is in a very good condition, with very little traces of wear (even on the chrome of the frame!) and good upholstery. The fabric has a purple- almost eggplant color that matches well with the silver of the chrome and the black leather on the armrests. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
