These decorative pair of vintage cut glass crystal vases often associated with Hollywood Regency candle holders or French Empire styles … Read more These decorative pair of vintage cut glass crystal vases often associated with Hollywood Regency candle holders or French Empire styles are quite lovely paired with bold red candles, as you can see in one of the photos I have provided for your viewing pleasure. The glass features a clear cut-crystal body, typically in a "Medici" or urn shape, mounted on an ornate gilted bronze or brass base; however it appears these brass bases were damaged and were restored by painting them. The metal collar supports cascading teardrops of crystal prisms, a signature of Hollywood Regency decor. The base is marble and added for elegance. The total piece stands at 11.25", and is 5" wide and deep. They are sold as a pair. I found this pair from an antique store in Portland, OR. See less
