A wonderfully surreal and highly textural 8-piece vintage wooden centerpiece set. This collection includes seven hand-carved, solid wood apples painted in a rich, saturated red. Each apple features a whimsical trompe l'oeil design, expertly carved to mimic the texture of having been bitten into or cored, revealing the raw, natural wood grain beneath.
The apples are perfectly housed in a substantial, hand-hewn oval wooden dough bowl. The bowl features a deeply patinated, dry, and rustic surface with heavy knife marks and an incredibly tactile, organic shape.
