Mersman was an iconic furniture manufacturer from the Mid-Century. They were known for finishing tables of all kinds with faux wood laminate tops. It was widely popular as the laminate looked realistically like wood grain and yet house wives didn’t have to worry about drink rings damaging their tables. This Pedestal round table features a laminate top. Everything else is mahogany wood with each of the tree legs capped with a brass paw.
