- I do not know the age of this, but feel it is an antique. The color and weight suggests an … moreI do not know the age of this, but feel it is an antique. The color and weight suggests an older piece. There are some scratches in the rim, or possibly just water marks. I have never had a plant in it for 40 years. I only used it for wine corks which were gentle on the interior surface. There is also an area on the lower side that lacks some glaze. Otherwise, there are no chips or cracks in this piece. less
