Tiffany blue colored oyster plate made in the late 1870's to 1880's in France by Haviland Limoges. The plate has four wells and one center space for lemon wedges.
J.W. Boteler, who was issued a patent for the design of this plate on 16 June 1874, he then licensed the use to Haviland Limoges.
