Pair of 1970s Coastal style chevron pencil reed (or split reed) bamboo nightstands.
Covered entirely in tightly placed natural pencil reed bamboo.
Distinctive chevron and geometric inlaid patterns on the fronts, the sides and tops.
Angled/faceted fronts with matching wrapped organic reed drawer pulls.
Heavily inspired by iconic mid-century designers like Gabriella Crespi.
One still retains original maker's stamp on back:
