Circa 1860-80 Staffordshire Little Red Riding Hood figure, English. She carries her basket with her dog by her side off to Grandma's. Wonderfully ruffled clothing of the period. There is an ingenious small repair at conception from a piece falling inside during firing after glazing, hand decorated like the rest but a slightly different color because the piece could not be refired.
