The chair’s construction resembles the work of Bas van Pelt, a Dutch designer known for his furniture designs throughout the 1900's. Condition
The sisal seating and backrest of the chair are in tact and show signs of age and use mostly through discoloration caused by the metal structure. The tubular frame shows signs of use as well with some missing chips to the metallic paint finish.
