Large, long louis xiii style office bench, 19th century, with six dark solid wood legs turned in a beaded (stacked coil) style, characteristic of this style.
the rectangular dark wood frame has an antique patina with visible signs of wear on the frame. The seat is currently covered with temporary fabric secured by black metal upholstery tacks around the entire perimeter. The underside reveals a traditional structure of jute webbing and wooden crossbars, indicating period upholstery. A permanent reupholstery is recommended to fully showcase the piece – this service can be provided upon request by our workshops. Dimensions: h. 45 cm, w. 165 cm. Weight: 20 kg.
