A bold and glamorous Hollywood Regency table lamp from Belgium, dating to the 1970s, featuring a striking deep‑blue ceramic elephant as its sculptural base. This playful yet elegant design captures the era’s love for exotic motifs, glossy finishes, and statement‑making decorative objects.
The elephant base is richly detailed, with ornate surface patterns and a high‑gloss glaze that reflects light beautifully. Its expressive form gives the lamp a sense of movement and personality, making it as much an art piece as a functional lighting object. The cylindrical shade, trimmed with subtle gold accents, complements the base and adds a warm, refined glow when lit.
This lamp is a perfect accent for interiors that embrace eclectic luxury, vintage glamour, or a touch of whimsical sophistication. A collectible example of Belgian Hollywood Regency design.
