An Italian handmade ceramic bowl dating to the mid-20th century. Generous in scale, the form opens into a wide, gently sloped basin with an irregular rim that reflects its hand-shaped construction. The surface is finished in rich glazes, where deep wine and rust tones transition into cool blue-green hues along the interior.
Glaze pools and subtly craters across the surface, creating a sense of depth and movement. This bowl works beautifully as a centerpiece or standalone object, bringing vivid washes of color to a table, console, or shelf.
Condition: Great vintage condition. Areas of crazing throughout, consistent with age.
