A pair of vintage French serving pieces by Lallier of Moustiers (Provence), that includes a gorgeous handmade faïence tureen and matching underplate, decorated with lovely scrolled and botanical elements to accentuate every voluptuous curve. The brilliant white tin glaze is mostly clean and unblemished, a blank canvas to serve soups, stews, or gumbo from the tureen while the large underplate makes an elegant platter for any occasion. There is one small repair to the underside of the tureen lid, see the image gallery for more information. Sold as a set only. We believe this to be in good antique condition considering its age, and any visible signs of wear are captured in the photos.
