Offered for sale is a Piero Fornesetti's coaster set with the emblems of various states in the US including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Maryland, Oregon, New Hampshire and New York.. Gilt decorated with lithographs of state emblems. the edges have gilt rims. They are signed Fornasetti. 1950s Italy. There are 7 in the set but a set would have originally had 8 coasters.
