These are Japanese mid-century modern stacking snack tables from the 1960s. While most people are used to nesting tables that slide under one another, this set is designed to stack directly on top of each other vertically to save floor space when they are not in use. Or, they can be easily disassembled to store flat.

Intended Use: They were created as individual television snack tables or cocktail tables for hosting guests.
