They are crafted from a copper base with the fine wire framework creates individual cells (cloisons) filled with multi-colored glass paste enamels before being fired and polished. The main body showcases the White Conch Shell (Sankha), a prominent emblem among the Eight Auspicious Symbols (Ashtamangala) of Tibetan Buddhism, which signifies the far-reaching melodious sound of spiritual teachings. The surrounding area are filled with stylized lotus blossoms, ruyi-cloud scrolls, and a scrolling geometric border along the flared pedestal base.
