Chinese Famille Rose porcelain girl prosperity figurine, typically dating back to the early 20th century (Late Qing Dynasty to Republican period, circa 1900–1940). These hand-painted figurines are often created as a complementary boy-and-girl pair representing Jintong (Golden Boy) and Yunu (Jade Girl), which serve as traditional symbols of good luck, family lineage, and wealth.
The girl is depicted wearing a traditional patterned robe over a light green dress adorned with delicate flower motifs. She holds a golden sycee (元宝 - yuanbao), a type of ancient gold ingot currency symbolizing supreme wealth and financial success.
She stands atop an elevated, hand-molded pink lotus petal platform anchored on a textured green base.
It uses the Famille Rose (Fencai) overglaze enameling technique, featuring a vibrant color palette of rose-pinks, soft greens, iron-reds, and bright gilding.
