This RH extension table is barely 2 years old and used just a few times, we moved into NYC and it no longer fits into the new space. It is in near new condition, same as when it arrived. The Jute extension version is no longer sold at RH (just the regular Addison table is still sold). It is an extremely cool piece, with the extension wedges and mechanism all seamlessly integrated (see dimesnions for extended table above). Here is a link, please play the video as well to see how the extension mechanism works: Here is the rest of the description: Nineteenth-century Neoclassicism is distilled to its essence in the Addison Jupe table. A classic silhouette is artfully reduced to simple geometric forms, a harmonious composition that celebrates sculptural movement and the beauty of white oak. An ingenious Jupe butterfly extension mechanism designed by Robert Jupe in 1835 allows the table to effortlessly expand, with self-contained leaves that manually slide out and unfold.

This table when bought was over 6k member rice. I also have 4 Arhaus dining chairs that I am selling separately.
