Vintage Portuguese majolica Palissy ware lobster wall plate, c.1970’s
Made of glazed pottery featuring a large lobster in the center on a bed of sand surrounded with colorful shells and seaweed. This plate is unmarked but is attributed to the Caldas de Raina factory. In good overall condition with minor surface wear. No cracks or restoration. Hanging wire on rear.
