Fine 20th C example, made by the best of the best modern furniture maker Theodore Alexander. Table stands on four straight downward tapering legs, all connected with a leather covered stretcher that joins into a shelf, bordered with reticulated bronze gallery (please see photos). Table has a single drawer with a pair round bronze handles. Above the drawer is a revolving top, with four triangular hinged sections which open into a large leather covered card table. Corners of the playing surface have indentations for playing chips. This beauty queen is in good overall condition, sturdy, minimal age and use wear (see photos). Size is larger than usual at 30" tall, table top when closed is 21" x 21", and when fully opened it is 30" x 30" and 29" height. This will work in any antique or mid-century modern setting! See less
