It seems inevitable that such a noteworthy pattern, Inverted Fan & Feather by Dugan Glass, would be reproduced. The Carnival reproduction iridescent glass tumblers you see in the photos were made in 1969 by St. Clair Glass of Elwood, Indiana using a tumbler mould they fashioned from the original Dugan Glass mould from the year 1900. This pair belonged to my mom who was an avid Carnival Glass and reproduction glass collector. I have sold off most of her collection with the exception of these tumblers and a few more I will list at a later date.

The tumblers as seen in the photos, have gorgeous luminous iridized finishes that appear to change color depending on how much light is reflected onto them. Color is determined by the color of the tumbler’s underside. In this case, both tumblers are cobalt blue. Photos were taken in the round to show all sides and any varying shades and nuances of color and texture. These beauties measure 4“ x 2½” x 2¼” H/Lip Diameter/Base Diameter apiece ; weight for the pair 1 lb. Medium is pressed iridized moulded glass. Both tumblers are in excellent condition with lustrous finishes. Please review all photos closely. Age-appropriate wear includes random inclusions, inherent in any pressed glassware and original to the manufacturer as a result of manufacturing process. There is no makers mark.

For a collector of St. Clair Glass, these beauties should be a must have or the perfect gift for someone who is!
