Julian Edwin Levi (1900-1982) "Low Tide" lithograph, pencil signed. Published by Associated American Artists in 1944 in an edition of 250.
This lithograph is in the collection of the National Gallery of Art, Amon Carter Museum of American Art, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Brooks Museum in Memphis, Currier Museum of Art (Manchester, NH), and Auckland Museum at University of North Carolina, among others.
Levi was born in Yorkville, New York and grew up in Philadelphia where he studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. He taught at the Art Students League of New York, New School, and PAFA.
