This extraordinary piece is a one of a kind work of art. The artistry in the hand carved decorations and the turnings are the work of a master.

The top has a central panel, surrounded by three bands of hand carved decoration and a beveled edge, following down to a hand-carved decorative edge (when the leaves are folded down). The base is also extraordinary. The legs are wonderfully turned and hand carved decorated, and end in hand carved pedestal feet. The legs are joined by pierced and carved stretchers and gates, which support the leaves when open.

When the top is open and leaves extended, the top measures 29.25 x 29.13.
