Cobalt blue ribbon around the scalloped edge
Clearly marked, most likely for Saint Clement, a factory close to Luneville, established in 1758. In 1892 the factory was sold to Keller & Guerin, who also produced the same design with their mark
Circa late 1800's
Measurements: Approximately 10" diameter (across) x 1.25"
