Rectangular Box made entirely of dark Tortoiseshell which is beautifully carved on entire outside depicting flowers and lavish scrolling with ormolu mounts and hinged lid.

Width: 3” (7.75cm). Height: 1.5” Depth: 1.75 (4cm).

Condition: Good allover condition, except for a hairline crack at one side, see image.

Oval Box made entirely of richly figured tortoiseshell with striking mottled pattern and reeded surface. Beautifully mounted with Sterling silver.

Width: 3.75” 9.5cm). Depth: 3.25” (8.5cm). Depth: 1.75” (4cm).

Condition: Good allover condition with no losses, hinge is a little stiff.
