These are collectible Hammersley "Sound of Liberty" commemorative bells made of fine bone china in England.
Commemorative Series: The bells are part of a series marking the American Bicentennial. They feature sepia-toned drawings of historical figures like Ben Franklin and events such as the Boston Tea Party, accented with gold trim.

The souvenir bell measures 7 inches high by 3.75 inches in diameter and features sepia drawings of Ben Franklin and the Boston Tea Party with inscriptions about the events on the inside.
The bell has it's original chain and bone china clapper and is in excellent used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or wear with the sweetest sound.
