Scandinavian Art Deco Floor Lamp in Brass and Turned Oak, 1920s.
Very beautiful and elegant Scandinavian floor lamp from the Art Deco period. This Nordic lamp was manufactured in Sweden or Denmark in the 1920s. The designer could be either Swedish or Danish.
Base in stained oak with three ball feet. Pillar in turned spiralling oak which holds the patinated brass stem. The tiltable socket is suspended from a gracefully curved brass arm.
The lamp shade is newer.
Good original condition with patina consistent with age and use.
UK Plug (up to 250V).The wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
